Senior Systems Architect

Lead the design, development, troubleshooting, debugging and implementation of software development projects.  Will be required to program languages on multiple platforms at a high-level.  Will use experience and analysis to develop creative and innovative solutions. Serve as primary client contact; function as a project/tech lead; mentor team members.

Skills Required:
Highly fluent in Java and C/C++, J2EE e-Commerce servers including BEA WebLogic and IBM WebSphere.  Ability to integrate several software components and understand interdependencies and relationships.  Ability to conceptualize, design, and implement software products using proven design methodologies.  Experience working with embedded programming and GUI interface design.  Working knowledge of Internet security and firewall issues.  Knowledge of file system protocols.  Extensive experience with database design and implementation.  Project leadership ability.

Skills Desired:
Knowledge of embedded programming and UNIX.

Experience Required:
4 years of software development and Web development experience.  Successful completion of 5 full software development life cycles.

Education Preference:
BS/MS in a technical field.
