Workbench for Microsoft Biztalk

Workbench™ for Microsoft BizTalk is a comprehensive integrated SOA Governance solution for Microsoft BizTalk.  It is a package that includes SOA Software’s Workbench, Service Manager™ Agent for Microsoft BizTalk, and Service Manager Network Director™ products to provide governance, security, mediation, and management capabilities for companies deploying BizTalk.

The combination of Microsoft BizTalk with this package creates a high-performance, fully-functional enterprise service bus at a fraction of the cost of many other ESB solutions, and with much richer governance, security, mediation, and management features.

Workbench for Microsoft BizTalk combines 3 SOA Software products:

  • Workbench - a comprehensive SOA governance solution offering an integrated metadata repository and UDDIv3 registry with unique workflow and collaboration capabilities to instill consistency and accountability and encourage desired behavior.  It combines an enterprise-class UDDIv3 registry with a powerful, innovative metadata repository.

  • Service Manager Agent for Microsoft BizTalk - deploys as a BizTalk pipeline component to monitor any BizTalk process passing performance, usage, and message data back to Workbench.

  • Service Manager Network Director - high-performance, reliable, policy enforcement security, reliability, mediation and management.  Network Director enforces policies defined by Workbench and passes audit data back to Workbench allowing for closed-loop SOA Governance.

Workbench for Microsoft BizTalk delivers mission-critical SOA governance capabilities to customers:
